NOTES
African-Caribbean. Doris says she doesn't have time to think
about her food. It turns out her husband Joe (78) suffers
with dementia (memory loss). In two months they celebrate
their Golden Wedding.
Doris is overweight and hasn't had a check up for some time.
Insists she's doing OK. Ferociously proud and resists everything
she thinks of as charity. Relies on family. Says she's having
trouble with eyesight.
Doris loves Caribbean food and doesn't want to give it up.
RELEVANT FACTORS:
